I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Duluth, GA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Simple and quick process. At the time, I was shopping around and asked an employee if they were hiring and she said yes and pointed me to the manager on duty to introduce myself and get an application (don't have paper apps anymore). After that I got a call a couple days after to schedule a day to come in store and interview. You interview with 2 managers maybe all 3 if they're all available and they ask typical questions about yourself, customer service and how into fashion you are.

Question 1
Do you consider yourself fashionable or up to date with today's fashion?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Tallahassee, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
I submitted my application online from seeing on Indeed.com and was called probably within a couple days. So I went in for the first interview, which was a group interview, and I talked about how my best friend had gotten married and my experience as being her bridesmaid and receiving our dresses through david's bridal. I tried to answer questions before other people so I wasn't last and basically repeating what everyone else said. After that interview which was on a friday, on the next monday they called me and said they wanted me to come in for the second interview. This interview was again a group interview with 2 other girls. They asked questions about how I deal with stress, and my schedule. But it went pretty well I thought, and a couple days later they called me and said they wanted to offer me a position as a CSR, which I said I was open to, since my schedule was mainly evenings.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Jackson, TN) in Aug 2012
Interview
It was fairly easy. Most questions revolve around "What would you do if..." type situations and of course the ever "Why are you applying for this position and what do you feel you could contribute to our company?" I sat down with the assistant manager for the first part, then she brought in the general manager for the second part.

"If a bride told you she didn't have a gown in mind, she wasn't planning on buying a dress today, and she was 'just looking for now' would you still give her your full attention knowing she was not going to purchase today?"
