Only completed the preliminary online portion, which was an extensive questionnaire (with a scale of answers) that asked questions that seemed geared toward defining your personality and work style. The questions were repetitive, though worded slightly differently each time. It was difficult to answer "honestly" because many questions were worded vaguely, forcing you to make blanket generalizations about your work habits and personality.

Interview
The HR person was on Speed or something. absolutely no personality, talked more than a mile a minute and absolutely no negotiation for salary requirements. It was a 3 minute conversation basically, and when asked what my salary requirements were advised that we can negotiate. The HR person advised that it was 40k. and I "said" that was not in my range and he basically said have nice-day GOOD BYE- absolutely the worst interview over the phone I have ever been on.. These people forget not only interviewing me, I am interviewing YOU as well!
