Only completed the preliminary online portion, which was an extensive questionnaire (with a scale of answers) that asked questions that seemed geared toward defining your personality and work style. The questions were repetitive, though worded slightly differently each time. It was difficult to answer "honestly" because many questions were worded vaguely, forcing you to make blanket generalizations about your work habits and personality.

Sew Test, phone interview and personal interview. I spent a longer time interviewing with the store manager at the time. I drove to Memphis, Tennessee for the sew test. I then went thru two phone interviews
