David's Bridal Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very smooth and professional. Answered all of my questions and made me feel welcomed. I was asked hypothetical questions to see how I would react in potential situations and asked to give examples about times in the past when I did something particular such as working in a group on a project etc.

Comfortable environment, I spoke with the general manager and sales manager. The interview flowed well and it felt like a conversation instead of an interview. Have general knowledge of what is expected of you.
