David's Bridal Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Found the position via Craigslist, emailed the hiring manager and was given an interview time. Showed up about 5 minutes early, met the other people being interviewed. We were instructed to each introduce one of the other ladies in the group when we got to the interview room. There were 3 managers on the panel, and 4 of us being interviewed, not necessarily for the same position. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. I was then called to come in to interview with the District Manager. Again, I interviewed with another applicant, and there were 2 managers on the interview panel. Still very relaxed, with basic questions.
