David's Bridal Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Largely asked about abilities to handle customers, teamwork, and ability to handle stressful environments. They are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced and largely stressful environment while being able to manitain competent customer service and handling all duties assigned to you.
