2-3 Interviews total- 1st interview is group interview, will be given general tour of the store and how we work. 2nd Interview is personal interview, expect questions about experience with customer service and information about yourself- they are looking for open, friendly people who are not shy about talking to people and looking for people who can multitask efficiently.

Interview
I went to my job interview, arrived 10 minutes early and greeted the store Manager with a smile and notified her for the reason I was there. The interview went good and the store manager seemed to really like my background in retail and customer service experience. Then when we went into the actual interview questions and the interview lasted about 10-15 minutes. After we had finished the interview, the Store Manager told me that they were really busy (which they was), she would go the interview and if I met the qualifications they would call me back for a second interview. Would this be considered as a good or bad thing?
