I applied online and received a phone call within the week for an interview. The interview was very basic they asked questions about multitasking and how we would handle an upset customer. How would we react to a coworker who was very upset? It was a group interview there was three of us interviewing.

Interview
I applied for a job at David's Bridal in the beginning of February. I did not receive a contact from them until April. I applied online. I received a general email from them stating that the manager at a particular store wanted to discuss the position further with me. I was told to contact the store manager. I called on a Wednesday and was scheduled for an interview that Friday afternoon at 4 pm. When I arrived I was told to wait for others to arrive. We were interviewed in a group setting. There were two people interviewing 3 of us. They only had a position for 2 people and they stated that they had already had an interview with 4 others that morning.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were pretty easy. They all centered around retail. Like what would you do if an angry customer wanted help while you were helping someone else. But, I think the most difficult question was name a time when you went above and beyond for a customer although it was outside of your job description.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at David's Bridal in Jul 2012
