David's Bridal Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was a group interview. There were about five people in the interview. We interviewed with the store manager. They would ask each person individual questions to have them answer. The questions were typical of any customer service position.

group interview. they asked quite a few questions, gave scenarios and wwyd type questions. there were 7 girls total and we were all asked different questions. there was a store manager and 2 assistant managers present for the interview process as well.
