David's Bridal Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I went in for a first interview and was then invited back for the second interview almost two weeks later. I went in for the second interview and she interviewed me for a different position that I applied for she apologized then said she would call my references and get back to me. It's been a month and still haven't heard from them

Coming in I thought i was interviewing for the customer representative. The manager was short but sweet and asked me about what every interview asks of the person. Then it came to the sales questions, and I have to admit that I was out of my element. This was my first sales job. The manager lead me in different possibilities and scenarios. It was a very lovely conversation and it was comfortable.
