I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DLA Piper (Moscú, ) in Apr 2018
Interview
There were no vacancies on the site of DLA Piper Russia, but I sent them an e-mail with my CV and cover letter anyway and got a call in less than 24 hours. Then there were three weeks of interviews, 1 interview a week: two of them on law issues and the last one to check my English. The problem was only that I haven't been told the exact position they want to fill and what are requirements for it so I had no chance to prepare anything.

Question 1
If one of the shareholders in a Russian company was a legal entity and this entity was liquidated a long time ago but it is still treated by the person responsible for maintaining the register of shareholders as a shareholder what can a company do to get rid of that ghost shareholder?
Video interview. Very basic questions and very quick. Talked to a recruiter and they were very nice and helpful with the whole process. Questions were very standard and did not require much preparation.
I applied online. I interviewed at DLA Piper (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2015
Interview
The people that interviewed me were very friendly and personable. We talked about my previous work experience, life, and other relevant bullet points on my resume. After that we talked about mutual our interests, and why I wanted to be an intern specifically at DLA Piper. The entire thing lasted a little less than half an hour and I believe it went relatively well. The conversation went well and I was fortunate enough to be offered the internship position.
