I applied online and about a week later I received a call for an interview. The Interview was very comfortable. I was asked about former jobs as well as hobbies and what particular sports i liked. I was also asked about my work with golf clubs and asked me questions about certain pieces of equipment. Overall the interview was comfortable and very easy.

Interview
I had 2 interviews. One with the hiring/hr manager. And one with the department manager and the store manager. Both went well. Make sure to answer all questions throughly and honestly and make sure you have previous retail experience. It will make everything easier.

Interview
got a call to come in for a first interview a few days after I applied, at the end of my first interview I was asked to come in the next day to interview with the store manager where I was offered the job assuming I could pass a background check. the background check did take a while (2-3 weeks) but after that came through I was officially offered the job.
