Interview
Just sat me down and asked me if I knew anything about golf clubs. They also asked if I like to play the game pretty basic knowledge. Also asked if I had sales experience. Then they had me take a personality test to see if I was going to steal anything from them. Just had to answer the questions consistently they didn't even wait for the results to offer me a job.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Arlington, TX) in Sep 2012
Interview
Very easy interview. In total it was probably like a 2 or 3 day process. Interview with assistant manager of whatever department you areally being considered for and then with the store manager. They dont ask many questions but its a horrible company to work for. Turn over on employees is ridiculously high because the store manager treats pepole like dirt.
