I received a call 3 months after applying and got an interview. It was very basic. They asked about customer service experiences, and simple golf club questions. I was told they were deciding between me and another guy. They called me back the next day and conducted almost the same interview, and was told right after that they wanted to offer the job to me.

Interview
I applied for a summer job before i started to college I sent in a very minimal resume and they didn't get back to me until a little over a month for an interview. When I came in for the interview it was very relaxed. It was just a single brief interview, the department head sat down with me and did a majority of the questions then finally store manager came in just to get a feel for who I was.
