Interview
As in previous comments from Crossover states - They designed process to get the top 1% - the crème de la crème of this trade. I love how naive it is. Do you really expect people go through automated interview process, where you have to respond questions you are mostly asked on those shady IQ metering sites, that ask you to pay them to unlock result. Maybe I'm somewhat old-fashioned, but this is just insulting. I wonder if this process produces anything, but desperate, who will answer hundreds of non-sense questions just to be - maybe - connected to human of some sort.

Interview
Like so many others, didn't pass the initial intelligence assessment test - This is coming from someone with a 3.96 GPA and an IT diploma. Honestly, I feel like the test is bunk. Don't beat yourself up if you didn't pass, and I wouldn't work for this company.

Like taking a Wonderlic Test but they are not intended to move you forward in the hiring process. They have the same exact test on online websites and got over forty-five of the questions correct in eight mins. Guess that is not good enough for here.
