Crossover for Work interview questions

I was disgusted by this companies interview process... Decided to continue my search. Looked to be a 3.5+ hour interview process (before ever having an opportunity to speak to a human) and the first 25 questions were all weird kinder garden matching shapes and sizes questions... First, how is this relevant for a high level director position. Second, and first impression for a company I was not even sold yet at actually wanting the position. Highly recommend having a 30 minute call with recruitment team first, especially for your leadership positions. Keep this up, you're going to loose all the good leadership candidates and end up with a horrible middle management layer.
