Crossover for Work interview questions

Terrible application process with random "cognitive" test that I wasted time on. I have a graduate degree. I don't need to be taking SAT-style questions at this stage in my life to assess my abilities. You're expected to spend 30 minutes doing things like this for a job description where "Working with 1% of the smartest people" is emphasized repeatedly. Give me a break. I didn't complete the process.

I applied online, the process as a whole took around 2 week. It involved a psychometric test, then a language test, then a coding question and then a work simulation.
