Interview
Spend 30+ hours on "real world" project as part of interview assessment. They said I passed. Then had an interview with CEO. He said that he wanted to get me in front of his Opps lead. Was then "ghosted". After a tremendous amount of work put in, they don't give any feedback as to why process was abruptly ended. Do your research on this company. Go deep. One way street.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Riad) in Apr 2022
Interview
A lousy experience overall.
The first step in the recruitment process is to pass multiple screening tests, which are time-consuming and demanding. You are required to do a cognitive aptitude test, an English test, and 2 different strategy assignments.
If you manage to pass the screening tests, you are invited to a video call interview with a recruiter.
One minute into the call, the recruiter informed me that while I had scored really high on the screening tests, the criteria for the role had changed and I was no longer considered for the role.
It is now 3 months later, and the same role with the same unchanged requirements is being advertised and promoted by Crossover.
