Interview
Long process of rubbish, you have to do hard skill tests, it doesnt matter if you have 20 years experience the field or work ...if you cannot match up shape patterns in 15minutes you dont go through to the next round..ridiculous model of hiring. THEY STATE that they are “finding the best talent” in the world but all they are doing is cancelling out an amazing amount of talent due to this cr*ppy process. You may phenomenal in your field of sales for example but if your not good at certain mathematics then its over.

Interview
You don't speak with anyone. You take 20 hours of objective and skills assessments, which I universally aced, and then they tell you you don't get the job without ever talking to anyone. This service flips services like Hired on its head - it's a waste of the candidate's time to provide convenience to the employer.
It was a series of online assessments with very strict rules. SQL exam was difficult, not a tester level, more like a data analyst. And too many conditions - 2 cameras, you can't use headphones, etc.
