The cognitive tests are rather strange. I have two years of experience on the job with more ideas for the company. For the record, you will need to get at least 35 out of the 50 questions right.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Global Village) in Apr 2023
Interview
Online process. Too automated and no human contact to get any feedback. Passing the English test and creating a video as an engaging story is a huge ask for subject experts that do not interact with video tech
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Crossover for Work
Interview
The job was originally posted as SVP of non-technical operations. Then renamed to SVP of AI and marked very technical in nature! Went through 4 exams and the 3 different real work assessments. First two real work assessments were cancelled because they were figuring it out what to ask the candidates!! The last one, I got a full score after waiting for 3+ weeks to be graded. Also got top scores on all the tests. Still no interview and received a reject the next day. During the 2 months period, the job went from accepting to not accepting applications multiple times, which makes no sense. And what is the point in spending all this time if they didn’t want to interview me after acing every exam and assessment. Seems like a fake application to get work done by the prospective candidates for free. Or just complete mismanagement by a company that claims to hire the top talent!

Question 1
No Interview. Got 3 real work assessments to redesign their org and to develop a prototype for ai-based application and AI-based automated testing of those.
