Interview
I tried to apply as the job matched my experience perfectly. They have a nice automated process but you can see the type of persons they are targeting with their tests, especially after I found that they record you while working. To get back to interview. Within 15 minutes I had to score 80% (of 50 questions) logical questions to pass the first phase. They say you don't need to answer them all. I was actually impressed I got 50% correct (I've only managed to get to answer 30), on the first try without any preparation (I wasn't aware of that I should). English is my second language so I had a huge disadvantage with word puzzles.

INTERVIEWER BEWARE: This place is a total scam. I went through the interview process and was only able to speak with a human on the third "round" of interviews. They admitted at the very beginning that they knew nothing about the field that I work in (the one that they were hiring for) and were basically just using the interview for free advice on how to run their expansion plans. If it feels like you're being taken advantage of, chances are, you are.
