Crossover for Work interview questions

I tried to apply as the job matched my experience perfectly. They have a nice automated process but you can see the type of persons they are targeting with their tests, especially after I found that they record you while working. To get back to interview. INTERVIEWER BEWARE: This place is a total scam. I went through the interview process and was only able to speak with a human on the third "round" of interviews. They admitted at the very beginning that they knew nothing about the field that I work in (the one that they were hiring for) and were basically just using the interview for free advice on how to run their expansion plans.
