Interview
First, you have to go through a 3-4 hours objective and written questions in an online exam. If you pass, you will be required to work on a project to implement some features and create unit tests. This project will also consume more 4 hours of your time. You must do this in only one day, so be prepared to spend your whole day doing the test.
If you pass, they will invite you to a 4 weeks full-time paid BOOTCAMP. It is's important to mention that this a Bootcamp and if you don't perform really well, you will be invited to leave. Yes, this is true. Even though you passed the interview, they can do this and they did to a few people I know.
Keep in mind that this Bootcamp is mandatory, full-time and extremely demanding. So you either have to quit your job or work 16 hours a day. In my case, I have quit my Job to perform well and even so I was disqualified because I didn't cover a few lines of code.
If you pass the Bootcamp, you will be available in their MARKETPLACE, where managers can hire you or not. I have seen people that had to wait weeks and even months to be hired after all this process.
In conclusion, the process is really time-consuming and there is no guarantee that you will get a job.

Interview
I had an interview soon as i passed the tests and was approved on marketplace, however the reason why i was rejected was quite dissapointing, i've been told i rather have more experience in selling enterprise market rather than in SMB market, to me this sounds ridiciouls and not a serious argument to consider.

Interview
We applied for Automation engineer position and in a certain date they greet us online and a live question answer session occurred. Where we found that this position is not offered this was a mistake. So many of us left the interview after seeing this. But I was board because of my vacation so I looked into other positions and found software engineer position for c# and .Net developer. I have applied for that then. First a interesting programmig problem was given and after solving this I had to participate some test which feels like IQ test and English language test. Then many questions were asked which can be found on any software engineering books. Some questions were also asked about certain senario and how to solve them. After this set of questions a Interview with the hiring manager will take place according to their chart.
