The interview process mostly consists of assessments and real work. I personally like this model because I'm a roll-up-you-sleeves kind of person. But, the tests are serious. Follow the instructions closely and follow the prep advice they provide. For example, don't try to squeeze an assessment in at the end of a long work day. Bring your best self to the "interview" even if it's a test or assignment. I have been hired by Crossover for a short term contract in the past. The pay was very respectable. This time I interviewed the job post was put on hold. I'll keep applying, though, and hope to work with them again in the future.
