I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (New York, NY)
Interview
It was extensive. Had multiple in depth tests which were not fp&a level but more of CFO. I actually have experience as Controller/VP for much higher pay but applied because I wanted to work remotely.
I passed all the tests and exams also because I have been actively studying for licenses. I don't think people who are not studying at the moment will pass these exams easily without review.
Last interview however was not reasonable. Questions did not even have complete sentences and variables were missing, tests did not make any sense. Interviewer made a face the moment he saw me on screen, wonder if he has gender or race bias (assumption based on his behavior) and was extremely rude when I asked him questions because they did not make sense. I checked out and was not able to do simple multiplications after how he behaved and being very sick and on heavy medication and interviewing 12am-8am to match his time. Also they told me nothing about the company even at FINAL interview. (After final interview is the offer).
I just saw that same position was reposted 2 days ago which means no one got hired. I make almost double the posted salary with in-house roles and passed all the exams so I am not sure who's good enough to work for them.

Question 1
Basic and advanced finance, some made up questions and scenarios which did not make any sense and would be made fun of if given in universities.

Interview
Skype interview with the manager . Took about 15-20 mins . Was given offer right on the spot . Interview process was good but the team was not welcoming and there was absolutely no KT about the product . Overall experience was OK . Had a chance to work from home with no commute time . But it’s not that tough to get a wfh job these days . I wouldn’t suggest this company
