Interview
I applied online and received a call about two weeks later for an interview. The interview went well and the manager was very nice and seemed genuinely excited about the company. A lot of relevant interview questions were asked. The whole process took about 20 minutes and I was hired on the spot and given my training hours for the next week.

Interview
The interview was 1 hour long. Multiple questions on what would be my approach to trying to sell a specific Crate & Barrel product to a client . The interviewer went over each job on my resume and asked me to explain in details what my job responsibilities were. They did not mention the salary on the interview and I was uncomfortable to ask.

Interview
The hiring and interview process wasn't tough as long as you show up prepared. I met with manager who was very competent about her job. She asked me the usual questions, why I wanted to work there, my experience etc. Interviewer wasn't overbearing and was friendly.
