After applying online, I received an email informing me that I would receive a call for an over the phone interview. During the over the phone interview I was asked a few general questions and was then asked to go in for an in-person interview, where I was offered a position on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crate and Barrel (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
One very long phone interview. One face-to-face interview. I've described my retail experience and of my design experience. I should examples of projects that I have done in the past. Questions on how do you deal with difficult clients, questions on how do you get along with other sales associates.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crate and Barrel (Seattle, WA) in May 2011
Interview
The interview process started with a quick in person interview with a few of the regional people. It was then followed up by phone with a phone call from the local store manager who asked basic questions regarding background and goals and to get a feel of whether or not I would be a good fit. After the phone interview I received a call with the outcome.
