Crate and Barrel interview questions

Casual, comfortable, on-the-spot interview held at a local hotel meeting room during company job hiring event. Initial greeters were the General Manager and the Sales Manager, and then they escorted me to a smaller room for my interview. The interview was more like informal conversation, discussing my experience, other positions, and favorite things or experiences about other jobs held. I was offered a position at the conclusion of the interview, so the process was very quick from initial contact to hire... about an hour!

Easy, typical interview. They were bulk hiring for holidays so it seemed like if you could articulate some basic ideas about what constitutes good customer service then you were a shoe-in.
