Casual, comfortable, on-the-spot interview held at a local hotel meeting room during company job hiring event. Initial greeters were the General Manager and the Sales Manager, and then they escorted me to a smaller room for my interview. The interview was more like informal conversation, discussing my experience, other positions, and favorite things or experiences about other jobs held. I was offered a position at the conclusion of the interview, so the process was very quick from initial contact to hire... about an hour!
