Crate and Barrel interview questions

There is a phone screen, an interview with the store manager, and then an interview with the regional manager. Each interview was similar but more in depth than the last.

After submitting my online application, it took a couple weeks before I heard back from them. I went through a successful phone interview before meeting with the manager for an in-person interview. The interviewers were extremely pleasant.
