Crate and Barrel Part-Time Sales Associate interview questions

I turned in my application at the store, and was contacted a few days later by phone. I went into the store for the interview, and sat in the back room with the manager. She was very sweet and asked a series of questions. The next day, she called me and offered the job!

I submitted an application in person. Once management receives your application, you receive a postcard in the mail stating that your application is on file. I was called about a week later to go into the store to interview. I was interviewed by an assistant manager and the interview lasted about an hour. The questions were generic and pertained mainly to retail scenarios, with some being about leadership roles and difficult situations I may have encountered.
