Crate and Barrel interview questions

The manager that lead the interview at the store was very kind. They asked appropriate questions. pertaining to the job position that I was applying for. The overall experience was easy and non-intimidating. They seemed to be willing to work with schedules, asking if you wanted more mornings or evening schedules.

1 1/2 hour interview. Typical interview questions. Management skills, sales skills, customer escalations skills, customer service, follow up and retention techniques. The person who interviewed me was very nice and easy to talk to. She was trying to get a sense of my behavioral and skill adeptness.
