Interviewed 3 times. First with the recruiter, then with the hiring director, and last with the department VP. All interviews were standard, get to know them position , asked me questions about my experience. After a 2 month process they ended up ghosting me. The recruiter would not answer my emails or voice messages. A automated email saying I didn’t get the part would have been enough and appreciated. But leaving people in the dark after spending time and effort is just a despicable practice by the recruiters at Crate and Barrel.
