On time, detail oriented and great overview of the role. Discussed expectations, hours, time off policy and benefits. Gave a solid overview of the day to day responsibilities and reporting structure.

The questions were very specific and in depth, it seemed like they were looking more so for an internal candidate. The questions that were asked didn’t match how the position was described in the job description. It seemed they were looking for someone who had a lot more experience than what they had initially requested.

Interview
A phone interview, then an in person with the District Manager, and lastly a in person with the store manager. The first was a quick pleasant. The second came a few days later and it was a full hour. The third was a full hour.
