I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Crate and Barrel (Edina, MN) in Nov 2015
Interview
Called me within the day I applied online and had a meeting three days later. Very casual, personable interview. Got hired and got training dates set up on the day of interview. The training took 3 paid shifts at minimum wage. I trained with two other women. The first day we trained as a sales associate (the only time I was ever a cashier), and the other two were shadowing merchandising employees/managers and learning the computer systems and headsets operations.
