Interview
There was three interviews. One with assistant manager, store manager, and district manger. You should apply using their paper application, which is pretty short to fill out. Make sure you have plenty of sales experience, and can interact with customers. Give them concrete examples of your selling skills. Also be conversational in the interview, just like you would with a client.

Assistant Manager takes you aside to a social setting in the mall like coffee shop and looks at your resume briefly. You answer a series of questions (approx. 30 minutes) and they ask about your availability. You only have to do one interview.

Interview
Group interview, asked typical customer service / sales related questions like "how do you get a client to come back?" "What does coach mean to you". We didn't have to fight to answer questions, the manager took turns asking the questions. Didn't feel like I was competing with the other candidates which made me feel less nervous. Manager gave fair chance for everyone to answer
