Coach interview questions

The interview process is done in two steps. The first interview is done with the hiring manager (usually the Assistant Store Manager) who does an interview in a group. They ask about your lifestyle and standard interview questions and also "why do you want to work for Coach?" As long as you do a quick google search about the company and what their goals as a business are, you are golden. Make sure you speak up, speak clearly, and intelligently. If you get called back, you will be interviewed by the Store Manager who asks similar questions, but it is one-on-one. During the interview they ask you for specific lifestyle questions ("can you tell me a scenario where...?") and at the end of the interview they ask if you have any questions for them. Make sure you ask questions. They like curious people because it shows incentive and interest in the company.

I walked into the store without having seen any advertisements for holiday hiring, but figured it was worth it to drop off my resume anyway. The manager scheduled an interview with me on the spot. I came in a few days later for a one-on-one interview and was asked for very standard interview questions (tell me about a time when...). I answered the questions honestly and took great care to be myself and she told me I was hired at the end of the interview. FYI COACH IS HUGE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. Prepare accordingly.
