Interview
After applying you will have a spontaneous phone interview, this is followed by a face to face interview, then an interview and a couple of hours in a branch and then finally an assessment day. You will be asked about previous sales experience, meeting targets and general questions about the company.

Interview
It seems like this is a great company to work for, although they have a very lengthy interview process. By the end of my 3 weeks of interviews and back and forth phone calls...I had 2 face to face interviews and 3 phone interviews with different store managers in different cities. Overall I got the position. So It is good to be picky, yet dont expect to get the job overnight.
