Interview
It seems like this is a great company to work for, although they have a very lengthy interview process. By the end of my 3 weeks of interviews and back and forth phone calls...I had 2 face to face interviews and 3 phone interviews with different store managers in different cities. Overall I got the position. So It is good to be picky, yet dont expect to get the job overnight.

They had asked so many questions about my previous experience in management, and difficulties I had had along with any negative feedback I ever had to give, hiring & firing topics...etc

Interview
After applying you will have a spontaneous phone interview, this is followed by a face to face interview, then an interview and a couple of hours in a branch and then finally an assessment day. You will be asked about previous sales experience, meeting targets and general questions about the company.
