I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Coach (Costa Mesa, CA) in Oct 2010
Interview
Turned in application then had to go to a group interview the next morning. it was a group interview and it went well. just felt that they were more interested in looks than anything else. one of the girls who came in late and i don't think turned in an application yet was told to stay back as well as a couple others but i dont know why she was told to stay because she didnt say anything special there were others that were more qualified. one of the interviewer was a young person who was obviously into her looks and she was the same person who was eyeballing me the day before.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coach (Cypress, TX) in Sep 2009
Interview
When you fill out the application, just ask when the group interviews are. You will be invited to come to the interview on a wednesday or in the middle of the week when it is not busy. You will be asked questions in turn. Just be confident, and really push your experiance in retail. They will ask you to get some items off of the floor and pretend like you are selling them to the interviewer. When asked what shortcut you have taken, your response should be that you do not take shortcuts, you do it right the first time.
