I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coach (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2014
Interview
It was simple. Have an understanding of the brand the products and the competitors. It was first a telephonic screening then i was called in for an interview. They are relaxed over all and make you comfortable. It was over all a relaxing experience.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Coach in Oct 2014
Interview
You go pick up an application. They give you a few questions right there. You come back to return it and the assistant gets it, and asks you more questions. Then a group interview and if you pass that (they call you the same day), an interview with the manager.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coach (Boston, MA) in Sep 2011
Interview
Group interview - received an employee referral first. There were about 5-7 of us and we were all interviewed by the assistant managers/managers. It didn't last too long - just an hour or so. Pretty informal.
