The interview process was pretty laid back. It was over the phone and the call was about 30 minutes. He asked why I would want to work the students and what inspired me to go into this field

Three Step interview 1: informational phone call reviews roles, company vision, recruit interest, etc. 2. formal interview basic interview questions. 3. panel interview + presentation panel of 2 about 8-10 questions not including presentation questions and follow ups.

Question 1
Everyone has made some poor decisions or has done something that just did not turn out right. Give an example of when this happened to you. What did you learn? What would you do differently? Tell me about a time when you delegated a complex project effectively. What were your personnel and resource constraints? Tell me about the most difficult challenge you have faced in getting others to follow your lead in completing an assignment. What obstacles arose? How did you deal with them?

After you turn in the application you will receive an email to schedule a phone interview. The interview process was easy it’s basically a phone interview with a coordinator asking questions about yourself and the job.
