City Year interview questions

I applied online and they contacted me for an initial screening interview. This was about 15 minutes and consisted of basic questions about my personality and why I wanted to work for city year. Then they contacted me a few days later for a longer phone interview.

First, you do the on-line application. Then you do a 15 minute pre-interview. After you pass the pre-interview, you do 45 minute interview in person. If you are not in town, you can do another phone interview. After a few weeks, you get your acceptance or rejection letter.
