City Year interview questions

Phone interview in fall 2020 following no initial screening. Interviewer seemed disengaged and tired. Little to no small talk or pleasantries at the beginning of the interview. Answers were as research suggested they may be.

I went through nine interviews which was understandable for the role. I was down to final two and unfortunately I did not get the role but was pleased with how much of their time the most senior members of the organisation gave to meet me and go through the different stages
