City Year interview questions

A simple virtual interview where they ask you about your background and motivation for signing up for a year, they may give you some scenarios to see what you'd do in a classroom setting.

I filled out the online application then I got an email, scheduling a phone interview. It lasted for almost an hour I want to say. Then I heard back within a week that I got the job. I didn't meet anyone in person until registration day, which is when they collect your identification pretty much.
