Interview
I submitted an online application then was contact for a Skype interview. My interviewer was nice and personable and took time in between my answers to type out my responses. I was asked basic questions about why I wanted to do City Year, about a time I experienced conflict, etc.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at City Year (San Jose, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Thorough. First I had a phone screening with the People and Ops Director who gave me a run-down of City Year and asked me about my career ambitions. Then I had an in-person interview with my supervisor. The second in-person interview was a panel interview with the Director of my department, the Executive Director, and other members of my team.
