Diversity has always been important to me. I grew up in an area with a lot of diversity and attended a state-college with a diverse population. I learned to ask questions and learn about others as much as possible. I believe that a diverse team works best when people aren't afraid to be curious and appreciate others, I believe that I have a lot to learn and enjoy being exposed to different cultures and values.
