I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at City Year (Jacksonville, FL) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview took place over the phone. It was roughly 20-30 minutes long in duration. There were basic questions being asked mainly regarding working with kids and personal goals. Also, other basic interview questions like what are your strengths and what are your weaknesses.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at City Year (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview was very straight forward. It was a phone call. My interviewer was almost robotic- she obviously read the questions off a sheet of paper, and didn't react to responses at all.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at City Year (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied through City Year website and received a call about a week later. I did a phone interview where they asked generic personality questions, hypotheticals, and general interest questions. I had an easygoing conversation, borderline casual, with HR. I did not feel nervous or stressed during the interview. Afterwards, I received an acceptance email.
