City Year interview questions

Fairly easy and laid-back interview. Be prepared to answer questions about scenarios you may run into during interactions with elementary schoolers. The questions people have previously posted on this site were immensely helpful for me. Be confident! List your skillset. They need more workers in many sites.

The phone interview lasted around 30 minutes. My interviewer was kind and patient. Also, they are current Program Managers, which means they might be your future boss. When I asked for clarifications, they were more than happy to clarify.
