Very interesting application process. This is essentially a leadership training paired with volunteering as a teacher's assistant in an inner city school, at the time I applied, they were mostly looking for values rather than skills.

Four total steps in the interview process:
1. Phone screening: (30 - 45 minutes) of general introduction questions about background and education with the chief of staff.
2. First Round Individual Interview: (45 mins - 1 hr) Interview with hiring manager regarding the position. More in-depth interview questions related to the role and your relevant experience.
3. Performance Task - (1 hr) Task related to role, completed before the final interview.
4. Final panel interview with three interviewers where you review performance task and answer a few questions.
