Cintas Service Supervisor interview questions

Had phone interview and was asked to come in for 1-1 interview with HR. While there also interviewed with a Service Manager. That went well. They asked me to come back to do a Route Ride. After Route Ride I spoke with HR to see if I was still interested, I was. Met with another Service Manager and the Branch Manager. Branch Manager informed me that they do not hire Service Supervisors from outside the company. They advertise the position on all job sites.
