Cintas Service Supervisor interview questions

Long and drawn out. They call it "meticulous" and brag about how long it takes. 5 interviews over 2 months. Met with several managers and the communication between interviews was not really good to let me know where I stood.

very long process. you intereview around 4 people and you do a ride along, where you are go on route with someone for a day. after the interview process it can be long for the background check and referals to come back.
